16. ⬆️How to upgrade my Robofinity InsightDrive?

We have equipped InsightDrive with an exclusive companion app - InsightDrive AI, which you can download and install from Google Play (for Android systems) and the App Store (for iOS systems) respectively. The specific operation steps are as follows:

1. With the InsightDrive device powered on, please connect your mobile phone or tablet to the AI Box's dedicated WiFi network prefixed with "CyberBox".

2. Open the downloaded app, click the "Settings" option at the bottom right corner of the page, find the "Upgrade" button and click it to enter the upgrade process.

3. After clicking upgrade, the device will have a brief black screen (lasting about 3-5 minutes). Please wait patiently until the thermal imaging screen returns to normal.

⚠️DO NOT disconnect the device's power supply during this period, as random power outage may cause system failure.

17. 📱How to enable HUD mode in InsightDrive?

To enable HUD Mode in the InsightDrive AI App, simply upgrade your InsightDrive AI Box to the latest version. Please note that to enable this feature in your vehicle, HUD Film is required. You can purchase it either from the Robofinity Official Store or through your trusted retailer.

To address this common user need, Robofinity has developed a multimedia adapter that enables stable conversion of InsightDrive's AHD video signal to HDMI, VGA, and RCA formats. This allows image to be displayed on most vehicle's built-in screen.

20. 🎬Can the videos recorded during driving be saved?

The InsightDrive screen is equipped with a convenient built-in screen recording function. To use this feature, simply insert a memory card first and then open the recording function before driving.

To ensure the security of important data, please remember to back up the recorded content in a timely manner, as when the memory card storage is full, newly recorded videos will automatically overwrite the earliest files.

It should be noted that the screen supports a maximum memory card capacity of 128GB, and it is recommended to select a memory card that meets the specified specifications for optimal user experience.
