Terms of Service for Robofinity Forum Last Updated: October 25, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using the Robofinity Forum (the “Forum”) available at https://forum.robofinity.com/, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Forum is a community platform dedicated to discussions about vehicle-mounted thermal imaging night vision systems, operated by ROBOFINITY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Forum.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Forum. By using the Forum, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts and Registration To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to:

Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.

Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation.

Distribute malware, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Forum’s operation.

Collect or harvest any information about other users without their consent.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights: The Forum, its original content, features, functionality, and design are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights: You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Forum.

6. User Content Disclaimer and Moderation We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any User Content. All views expressed are solely those of the users. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, especially if it violates these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties THE FORUM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FORUM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROBOFINITY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE FORUM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).

9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Forum immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Forum will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Forum shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong.

11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Forum after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
