1. User Accounts To participate in the Forum, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Robofinity reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

2. User-Generated Content You retain ownership of any content, including but not limited to text, images, and links, that you post, upload, or otherwise submit to the Forum ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Robofinity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your User Content within the Forum for the purpose of operating and improving the community.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content;
• Your User Content does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• Your User Content is not defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful.

Robofinity reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate in our sole discretion.

3. Prohibited Conduct When using the Forum, you agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or promotional content unrelated to Robofinity products;
• Post content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Use the Forum to distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Forum or its systems;
• Collect or store personal data of other users without their explicit consent;
• Post content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Moderation and Enforcement Robofinity may, at its discretion, moderate the Forum to ensure compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to:

• Edit, move, or delete any User Content that violates these Terms;
• Suspend or terminate any user account for repeated or severe violations;
• Remove content that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the community or to Robofinity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Forum is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robofinity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Robofinity does not warrant that the Forum will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Robofinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Forum; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Forum; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Robofinity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Forum; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party rights; or (iv) any User Content you submit.

10. Modifications to These Terms Robofinity reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Forum after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue using the Forum.

11. Termination Robofinity may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Forum at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Forum will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
