I cannot use CarPlay while connected to InsightDrive. At times, I'd love to use the IPhone for my display as it's screen suites me better. Does anyone have advice?

For clarification, I cannot use the iOS InsightDrive APP at the same time as CarPlay.  CarPlay shuts down when the iPhone starts the app and I connect to the CyberBOX wireless internet connection.  My question should have been....  how to run CarPlay and InsightDrive at the same time.

It seems that both CarPlay and InsightDrive are trying to connect to your iPhone via Wi-Fi, but only one can be active at a time. Maybe you can try connecting your phone to CarPlay using a cable instead?

    for your reference

I prefer to use the included monitor in heads up display (HUD) mode. I have a reflective film on the bottom left corner of my windshield, and the monitor lays flat on the dash and projects onto the film. This keeps the monitor out of the way of my vision, but allows me to watch the camera without taking my eyes off the road. The only down side to this is that you can't really see it during the day, but I only use it in the dark to avoid deer and other animals anyway. Also, doing it this way allows use of the entire screen instead of the split view that you have using the app.
