Hello I to have the same issue my screen is not working and having to use the bt on my phone to view . It quit working about 2 months after I received it. I will try removing the SD card and see if that fixes it but if not any other suggestions?

Hey Joel. Just a thing to check, I had a customer in Canada with a similar issue, we have traced it to a faulty MicroSD card, as soon as the card was removed, the screen started working again.
