I wanted a larger screen so it would be easier to see. Something I could always see in my peripheral vision and be able to glance at without refocusing my eyes. I first looked at using a larger tablet as a Heads Up Display. But then I found a better option. Phone screen magnifiers. They come in a variety of sizes and are very inexpensive. I ordered a bunch of different ones from Amazon to see which would work best for me. I liked the 10 inch magnifiers the best for my situation. A big benefit was that it gives a nice 3D effect to the screen. And is much sharper than a HUD. I enclosed the screen to block out stray light at night. It has worked gr
eat for me. I can now easily see something as small as a rabbit very clearly at a fairly far distance.

Hey Michael, Very Nice! The 10" view should serve well for this. I use a 10" ONN Android tablet via InsightDrive Wireless android app. it takes a few minutes to set up and mount however this will do a quick job of screen improvement.
Can we see a pic of the enclosure you made for it and how it is attatched?
